Changing WordPress themes is an essential practice for website owners looking to enhance their online presence. Steps to Change WordPress Theme

 

  1. Open the WordPress portal and enter the username and password in the space provided. 

 

  1. Once you are logged into the portal, you will see a list of options on the left side. From there, click on Appearance. 
  2. Now, click on Themes. 



 



    1. Now you will have 3 options in front of you. You can choose any method to add a new theme to your website. 

 

  • Option 1: You can see already appearing themes on the page. You can select any of them for your website. 
  • Option  2: On the top left of the page, you can click on the Add New Theme to install a new theme from your device. 
  • Option 3: On the top right of the page, you can see the Search installed themes. You can search any of your favorite themes other than the ones shown on this page. 

 



  1. Now click on the Activate button under your chosen theme. 
  2. The theme will be activated. Now click on the adjacent option of Live Preview to see how your website would look like after the new theme is installed. 





   3. Now you could see the Activated button below your selected theme. This confirms that your theme is activated and is live on your website.
